"We, the whole band, are a body. The body consists of many parts. Each part must do it's job, or the body is not functioning properly. Each part is just as important as the others. If the body was just an eye, how would it hear? How would it smell? How can the body work without all of its members? We must work together for one purpose: to be the best band we could ever be. We must strive for perfection. There is no perfect band; but we, together, must try to get as close as possible. Nothing in the past will be able to compare to those of this year. Each step must be better than the last If we keep our eyes on the goal, together we can make it!"
